My 30+ years in occupational and ministerial leadership, ICF (International Coaching Federation) training, Maryland State certification as a Life and Engagement Coach, personal life experiences along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology qualifies me to help you do just that.  My desire to help others flourish is rooted in my Christian belief and has become the driving force in what I do, the choices I make, how and what I say, and the impact I leave.
